■Research summary
Research on the mechanisms of human motion generation

 We are investigating the mechanisms of human motion generation using experimental data collection and computer simulation. In the experimental studies, we mainly use small, light and wearable sensors to collect data with minimal constraints. We are analyzing/synthesizing the data to discuss the mechanisms of human motion generation. In the simulation studies, we use state-of-the art computer simulation models, both in the forward- and inverse- directions to gain insights of human motor function.
