■Message from researcher
微細加工半導体のための集積回路設計技術
 集積回路の加工技術を微細化することで,LSIにたくさんの回路をつめ込むことが可能となり,高機能化を実現できました.しかし,微細化による物理的な主々の問題で,予想した動作が得られなくなってきました.私の研究ではこれらの物理的な要因をシミュレーションにより予想し,悪影響をなるべく受けないような設計を実現します.研究成果はディジタルICやアナログICに適用しますが,今後は特に携帯電話などで必要となる高周波ICへと研究を広げていきます.
