Production of useful chiral compounds with microbial enzymes
■Research summary
Analysis of structural functions of microorganisms and enzyme that are involved in the metabolism of metals and microelements, and application to the environmental cleanup, resource recovery and useful substance production

 I analyze microelements, particularly enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of selenium and aim to apply their functions to the environmental cleanup and substance production. In addition, I establish a new production system of chiral compound useful for the industry using microbial enzymes.
