■Research summary
The development of exercise training and diet (dietary supplement) approach for the prevention and improvement of cardiovascular disease risk (arterial stiffness, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and sacopenia).

 ①It is well-known that cardiovascular disease risks (arteriosclerosis, obeseness, diabetes, high blood pressure and sarcopenia) are increased by aging or bad history of daily exercise and eating habits and that these risks are reduced or improved by exercise. It, however, is still unknown how long, how strong or what time it is appropriate to do exercise. Therefore, we consider exercise to identify mechanism of exercise effects and to prevent or improve cardiovascular disease risks (arteriosclerosis, obeseness, diabetes and high blood pressure).

②To arteriosclerosis, obeseness, diabetes, high blood pressure and sarcopenia, we verify the combined effects of exercise and eating (taking supplement).

③We locate blood biomarkers that represent effects of exercise, and identify the markers with which effects of exercise can be informed by easy examinations.
