The Business and Social Outcomes of Sport Experiences My research focuses on addressing the following research questions: RQ1. What types of experiences do individuals gain through sport consumption? RQ2. How do sport experiences influence customer loyalty? RQ3. In what ways do individuals' sport experiences contribute to their well-being? The answers to these questions could provide valuable insights on how to effectively promote sport.
