Research summary
1.Study on Change in U.S. Federal budgeting. 2.Study on the Linkage of Performance Measurement with Budgeting. 3.Study on Japanese Government Debt Financing Structure. 1. Researching on the emergence of macro-budgeting trends after the Budget Control Act of 1976, and analyzing the current budgeting system in the U.S. federal government, focusing on the relationship between fiscal norm in macro budgeting and incremental behavior in micro budgeting. 2. Analyzing the introduction of performance measurement and performance budgeting after the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993, and the linkage of performance measurement with budgeting. 3. Analyzing the fiscal sustainability in Japan, mainly focusing on the Japanese government debt management, MoF's policy stance on fiscal norm, and the performance of JGB market.
