Research summary
Labor-management relations in initial post-war period automobile industry and the formation of enterprise order Study is conducted to elucidate how enterprise order, to be called corporate society later on, was formed, with the history of labor-management relations of a major automobile company as its axis. The major areas taken up are (1) Personnel assessment system and wage system, (2) Exclusion of females from the labor process, and (3) Introduction of temporary workers.
