1.	Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies aimed at individualized pharmacotherapy

Research summary
Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies aimed at individualized pharmacotherapy It is known that the pharmacokinetics of a drug is closely related to its efficacy and safety. According to this concept, clinical research and basic research are conducted to clarify intrinsic factors affecting pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a drug, and provide useful information for its individualized pharmacotherapy. Main research themes at present are as follows: 1. Individualized dosage adjustment of high risk medicines such as direct oral anticoagulants based on pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic/pharmacogenomic analysis 2. Quantitative prediction of pharmacokinetics of drugs in human based on physiolosically based pharmacokinetic modeling and simulation
