Research summary
Study on the improvement of physical strength and motor capacity of children To acquire a life habit of enjoying physical exercise throughout one’s life, the quality and quantity of physical exercise in preteen, post-infancy stage are important. During infancy, the promotion of quality and quantity of these exercises are conducted through exercise play at home, kindergarten, and nursery schools, and later on in their childhood, through physical education and sports activities in schools and in sports clubs. Study is being conducted on what kind of support and supervision in exercises are necessary during the infant to young adulthood period, taking into consideration the features of development and growth of the body and exercise of each age. In particular, study is conducted focused on the basic concept to specific contents and methods for diagnosis, to promote the development of nervous system motor capacity (action coordination capacity), a feature of mobile development from the infant to childhood period.
