The Study on the Transformation of Civil Law in Highly-Networked Information Society My research method is the comparative study of Japanese, American, and Chinese Law which provide essential insights and intellectual tools to analyze legal problems confronting the highly-networked information society. To be specific, I have been studying following topics; Virtual Property, Privacy, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence[AI], and Smart City.
