Comparative studies on modern public administration at the turn of the century: From Government to Governance Comparative studies of modern public administration at the turn of the century have been developed from the past through “Comparative analysis on globalization”, “Comparative analysis of administration ideology”, and “Association analysis with governance theory”. Furthermore, in recent years, efforts are being made to expand the scope of studies, from the higher education field to the sports field.In March of 2017, I published the title of Modern Public Administration and the Study of Governance,pp.220, Tokyo, Toshindo Publisher.
