Material Transformation by Enzyme, Structural Analysis and Improvement of Functions of Enzyme‎ Research into enzymes useful for the development of food and medical products and the improvement of the environment, and the development of engineering utilization of such enzymes. Study on the mechanism of expression of functions of enzymes by structural analysis, and the functionality improvement, using the protein engineering method.
