Research summary
Physics of Earthquake Generation Earthquake sometimes causes serious disaster, whereas it is an interesting natural phenomenon that occurs in the earth's interior. To clarify why, where, when, and how an earthquake occurs, I study the physics of earthquake generation through various approaches, such as laboratory experiments, field monitoring, and data analysis.
